Richard J. Lester, born in 1935, was raised in rural Minnesota as a "farm boy," moved to Napa, Calfornia during WWII. He enlisted as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Air-born Division and became a well know Disc Jocky in North Carolina in the late 1940's.
He's served as Manager and Director of Financial Institutions and owned numerous businesses including Movie Production, Real Estate Companies, and Department Stores.

He has written 22 manuscripts and novella's, and was inducted into the Poetic Hall of Fame in 1996.

He has written Children's books and novels including, Stag Party, Geese, The Adventures of Jawbone, Banjo, Kicker and Friends at Waldon's Pond, The Adventures of Buckfart, Seabiscuit, Pedro,...  and Run Bobby Run.

Rochelle Rosenkild, co-author and
Illustrator

 

Rochelle Rosenkild, Co-Author and Ilustrator holds a BA Degree in CA., majoring in Journalism and Art/ Environmental ethics.
She is an artist, mural painter, and active in Historical and Cultural shows, county fairs and artists.
Ms. Rosenkild is also active in photography, and has participated in graphic production of Chinese Dragons for Chinese New Years Parades.
